What is Improved Import, Export & Mass Actions?
The Improved Import, Export & Mass Actions app is a valuable tool designed for Shopware 6 which is all about simplifying data handling within your online store. It introduces the ability to seamlessly import and export processes between your Shopware store and third parties. Here's what it can do for you:
Effortless Data Export: Easily export your entire Shopware product catalog into a single CSV, XML, or Excel XLSX file. What's great is that it includes all your custom properties and provides clear, readable values instead of complex IDs.
Streamlined Data Import: You can import CSV, XML, or XLSX files directly into your store. This can be done either via FTP/SFTPS, from Google Drive, or our of a Google Sheets spreadsheet where your supplier stores data or by manually uploading a file.
Automation: The Improved Import tool allows you to automate the process of updating your product catalog with a scheduler, mapping tool, and support for numerous formats and sources. Thus, you can import and export data at a time that's most convenient for you in a fully automated manner.

Latest Orders Export: Now, you have the flexibility to export only the most recent orders. This means you can choose to export orders that have been created, modified, or a combination of both.
Custom Fields Export: For those who value customization, you can now export custom fields separately. This means you can selectively export the specific data that matters most to you and your business.
Export Filters: We've also added the ability to create export filters, allowing you to fine-tune your exports even further. This way, you can ensure that the data you export is precisely tailored to your needs.

How the app works
Our application seamlessly operates through the Shopware 6 API, granting you access to a dedicated Shopware 6 backend section. Within this section, you gain the power to effortlessly manage the import and export of your product catalog.
The app lets you create and customize import and export profiles, where you can set up automation preferences, choose define file types, designate sources from which files are uploaded, and fine-tune file mapping.
Our mapping tool plays a pivotal role, allowing you to replace the unsupported column names in your imported file with the corresponding Shopware product properties. This means you can ensure a perfect match between your data and your store's product attributes. Furthermore, our app lets you use the same mechanism upon export, creating any custom column names your partners require and using them instead of standard Shopware 6 properties.
